had a few guys they came with tourist Visa​ so we use Agent first for the 3month+12month after doing the normal way biggest advantage if u are on a tourist Visa​ allready here in Thailand.

no i made many times with my guest.

First they made with an Agent then second time we made it by own Funds in the Bank.

There is no "special Agent Visa" its a real non o if u proof the Funds by yourself another its no problem.
