I am not retiree, and my income is from before March of this year, i just have 2 more months in Thailand and since my EUR cash that i got finished, i need to transfer 40k baht.

Depends if you are single or not. If single you have no other choice then bkk, if with your gf then doesnt matter where that much, just visit the places and decide :)
