I just drive on my international driving permit and never had a problem when stopped. So I wouldn’t go for a Thai license unless they change things. Plus once you have it, you can drive in most countries with it.

sorry buddy I didn’t explain properly. Yes the company I’m consulting for want to bring an expat from Thailand to Saudi on a Aqama So need an agency in Thailand to facilitate the necessary paperwork that is required for the Saudi embassy in Bangkok to provide the necessary approval for that to happen.
