Hi, I’ve completed and paid online for my visa and now need to send off (I believe) my passport, with the following;

1. Passport

2. Confirmation page with barcode

3. Register stamped and self addressed envelope

4. Page with e-appointment and collection barcode and photo on (not sure on this one)

Anything else I’ve missed

I sent exactly the same as you are planning to do. I thought I'd get an email if they required further doc's. After a week with no email I posted all the stuff you have listed only to receive an email requesting further docs (eg, declaration, copy wife's passport and i/d, marriage cert and village book). Personally, I would suggest simply sending what you have listed initially (after all, that's all that they ask for) and then wait to see if they request further details.
