TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the status of their O visa for staying in Thailand due to conflicting expiry dates: one visa expiry date of December 16th and a red stamp indicating December 30th. Community responses clarify that the stamp is the authoritative date to follow and provide extension options, including a 60-day family visit extension, a 60-day COVID extension, or a 12-month renewal requiring a bank balance.

You cannot extend your original visa. It's done. You can extend your "permitted to stay until" stamp with a 60-day visiting family extension, a 60-day covid extension, or a 12-month Non-O extension which requires 400k in a Thai bank account. So you have three options.

You’re not confusing your window for travel with your actual allowed time in the country are you?

A picture would be useful. The stamp you got on entry is the one you need to follow
