If you get an agent in BKK , can they set you up in Hua Hin?

I read all of the comments over the past year of expats having trouble with agents. It scares me, I want an agent. But surly someone or two people have an honest agent they used? No one really recommends anyone? I need one in Hua Hin area. Thats where I want to live.

So if I buy a new smart TV there, I should be able to still get Netflix, and Viki? without a firestick? I have smart TV here in Florida and that's all I need, with the membership to both channels.??

I lived in Iowa for years. I too grew up doing most of what you have done. I also raised 4 children. Two of my grown children still live in Iowa, with their families. But Living in another country requires adjusting to their ways. You are a guest in their country. What life was like before, is now gone. Unless you move back to Iowa. You can rent condos with washing machines. Thats a must have for me. I can adjust to smaller kitchen, since it is just me. An air frier comes in handy, when you don't have an oven. I wish you luck, hope you can get your mind set to a new way of life.

I was going to open wise acct and transfer money to it, then when in Thailand transfer the 800,000 o my new bank act. i get when I am there. Also want my SS check deposited into wise for monthly cost of living. Does that make sense? If I buy a condo, i will want to transfer money from wise to bank also.

Then how will we be able to transfer money every month from USA to Thailand?
