So I can get non-o visa online here in USA? Will it make any difference if I open bank account in Bangkok, but do my banking in Hua Hin?

So, I have to get my non-o visa there? Do I just get a 90 day visa in USA? Then when I come I get agent in Hua Hin ,open a bank account, or do I have to wait 60 days after bank acct. to get non-o visa? I wont have a permanent address for almost 3 weeks after I get there. Spending a few day in Bangkok, before heading to Hua Hin to look for long term condo rental. Then finishing up Visa, I hope. will get Wise to transfer the 800,000 for deposit when I open bank account..

one year they were in Italy.. They have had several out breaks here in Florida over the years. It only takes one person to start them. Maybe a tourist had them and didn't know it

In Thailand get Non-O visa? do I come in on passport for 30 days? I am so confused. I do not want to make a mistake.

I have been there; I also have spent 40 years going to Italy every two years for 6 to 8 weeks. I was my number one choice because of the locals there. But I also loved Thailand. In the end I decided on Thailand. I want to move and retire there. But I want to do it all in one trip. I am use to heat and humidity. I live in Southern Florida. Lots of rain here also.
