I’ve been a songwriter forever. My lifetime income collectively was under $200,000 USD I think. 😬

Hey Bob this sounds great. So it’s just a “1-year extended stay permit based on retirement” with a “multi-re-entry permit” added on? If so, is the 800,000 TBH in a Thai bank still required?

Thanks but at first glance it appears some investment is required? I am currently unable to buy real estate or make any investment.

Ha! Not familiar with that one. Please elaborate if you can spare the time. I will also research.

THIS might be the info I needed to understand. I want to live in Thailand year round. Reporting every 90 days and renewing each year is okay with me.

About the end of July is when I hope to obtain a non O Retirement Visa so maybe all will be okay for me.

Thanks for the informative and expedient reply. Yes I’ll schedule a border run with FTV. I just hope the rumors that Thailand is changing entry stamps from 60 to 30 days are not accurate at least for a few more months.

I’ve been in Thailand for the initial 60 day stamp then a 30 day extension then a border run to get the current 60 day stamp that will expire in 12 days. What is my best immediate option, another border run or a 60 day tourist visa? Or is the latter not an option? Thank you.
