cheers... I may have gotten a little confused by previous post.. I am way over the 1st, 2nd extensions, so the international payments (non verified by Embassy) should be ok for me 🙏
hi Brandon, I am aware Australian Embassy no longer verifies income for retirement purposes. I was hoping to start to transfer 65k thb per month from WISE as an 'international' transfer. I have seen advice this may work. Are you definately saying it will not work? I am hoping to follow option '3' shown below.
Must provide the following documents for the above financial requirements:
1. In the case of the security deposit, you will provide an updated bank book or passbook together with a bank letter stating that the money had been deposited to the account from an overseas source not less than 2 months prior.
2. In the case of a monthly income of at least 65,000 THB, a letter from your embassy in Thailand verifying your monthly income.
3. In cases where your embassy does not issue an income letter, you can provide a 12-month bank statement showing a regular deposit of 65,000 THB into a Thai bank account.
If you were asked if you thought whether the DTV would be around in 6 months... 1 year.. what would your personal opinion be? Especially for those 5 year DTV's being issued for 'cooking' classes.. or a few Muay Thai classes?
