That would be my guess. Bummer for me because 30,000 is over 10,000 lower than any other agency I’ve found.

They just replied to my inquiry:

ME - I live in Laem Mae Phim. Can you still obtain a non O Retirement visa with multiple entry for me?

THEM - No, we are In Pattaya.

ME - I can come to Pattaya to visit your office and do business. But does my address have to be in Pattaya?

THEM - Yes if you apply here.

I sent them an inquiry. I don’t live in Pattaya and that was a showstopper for one other agency. If J & E can do it all for under 30,000 they will definitely have my business.

Okay thanks. Gotta be careful not to confuse J & E Concierge with Elite International Concierge who quoted me 65,000 TBH. Still, under 30,000 sounds too much lower than all others I’ve checked so are you sure you’re including everything? A non O retirement visa with multiple entry?
