Buri Ram immigration is very easy to deal with, they are looking for normal printed photographs, we usually stick ours onto A4 paper.

Had a home visit the first year only.

Been doing visa at Buri Ram for 5 years since moving from Bangkok.

When I did my marriage extension in Bangkok district 1 office they were satisfied just to see an ATM receipt dated the day of collecting the final stamp showing 400k

I never said anything about retirement visa. When I worked I had extension based on marriage which is allowed. All I was alluding too was that sometimes the paperwork is more onerous based on working and can take several trips to satisfy the IO.

My experience at CW1 was for employment for marriage extension they need many documents and require originals from company, not photocopy. In the end it was simpler to show 400,000 in bank.

depends upon your local immigration office. Bangkok 1 and zburi Ram from my own experience do not require a new TM 30. Only when you move to a new permanent address.

Depends on local imm off.

Bangkok and Buri Ram only need tm30 when you move to a new permanent address. When I return home from overseas or hotel I do not need to file tm30.

Check with your local office.
