Today the Immigration Buriram made my day!

Finally, they stopped calling the "Extension of Stay Permit" a "visa extension"

Now they use the correct wording

at my Immigration Sisaket, it is still called "visa extension" , regardless there technically is nothing such

Is there a latest date to apply for an "O" extension of stay. I'm using the Buriram immigration office. I'm aware that I can apply up to 45 days in advance, which is just about now, but I'm intending to travel around a little before Christmas, so wondering if I can do it with less than 30 days left on my current extension.

Many thanks in advance for your answers.

A little help please.

UK Passport holder, just renewed January 2020.

12 month extension of stay, due for renewal 5th February 2020.

Buriram Immigration Office.

Should I transfer my current extension into the new passport now or can I wait till renewal of my extension of stay and complete it all at that time

Thanks in advance.

I go to stay with my future family near BuriRam next week (about an hours drive South of BuriRam). I live in a rented Condo in BKK at present. I presume I need to go to BuriRam Immigration within 24 hours of arrival to update my TM30. Never done this before, what do I need to take with me to Immigration please? 🙏

Immigration Buriram told today, that you can do the extension of 30 days of the 30days visa excemption online, just with the barcode from the arrival/departure card.

Anyone heard of that and got a link that website ?
