yes exactly the person that I spoke to seemed very convinced that it was allowed. And it wouldn't surprise me after 20 years in Thailand that something an immigration officer, tells you cannot be done, can in fact be done.

They offered the information I did not ask for it.

I was requesting a CSV file. They sent me this note on how to get it. I questioned it with them when they suggested it could be used for a visa application. My question is simply has anyone done this or tried?

Non O works well if you have time to apply, perhaps the guy in the airport was having a bad day? Sounds like the Buriram officer is correct to me. Often you need to go up the chain to get correct rulings.

insurance is no problem you will have to quarantine currently. But they will drop that also eventually as it is not productive or protective.

thats simply not true. All the other way around vaxed are the spreaders and at high risk of medical injury. Look at the studies they are all available now. The suppressed but now released fizer docs also support this position you have all been conned. Read read read, dont believe the propaganda.

thanks I entered dec 2020 used my 3 renewals and now several extensions. I will try to extend once again in Pattaya. Agents tell me phuket will only extend tourist visas. I live in phuket so usually do it there.

I struggle with languages. The best thing I did was learn to read and write Thai. It is not so difficult and will pay dividends learning the language in the long run. Also self study is easy this way
