Can someone please tell me why immigration at Bangkok airport are refusing so many people entry

Hello all, can anyone tell me on tdac application which option for “propose of travel” to select now with DTV? Still “holiday” as it’s still considered a tourist visa? Thank you

Hi everyone! Just wanted to share my experience applying from Ho Chi Minh stayed in Danang (I’m Swedish, DTV Softpower Moay Thai).

What I provided:

. passport main page photo

. All Thai Visa stamps photo, and last Vietnam Stamp.

. Bank statement 6 months at least 500 000 Baht.

. Danang Accommodation 5 nights.

They later requested how i support myself while im in Thailand, i sent them a screenshot of my crypto portfolio.

I’ve learnt so much from this group thank you so much guys. If you’ve got any questions, feel free to ask, I’m more than happy to give back and help where I can.

when applying at Hanoi embassy how many days you show your booking hotel in vietnam? if show just one week booking can you get refused?

Hi I've entered Bali via the gates at immigration without a stamp last week and was applying this week for Dtv visa. I have the email of the e visa as a pdf and I assumed that was sufficient to show evidence but I've read contradictory views on that and the Muai Thai gym I plan to apply for Petchnumnoi Gym ( Sitnumnoi&Singpatong) via there webpage chat wasn't sure also, I have seen one post of someone stating they had the same experience but not any clear solution to the issue, I've been following this group and greatly appreciate any feedback. PDR Lao implementing online Arrival/Departure system

The Lao authorities have introduced mandatory electronic forms for foreigners: they must be filled out not only before entering, but also before leaving the country

The new digital arrival and departure cards will replace traditional paper immigration forms.

The electronic form must be filled out at [[www.immigration.gov.la](www.immigration.gov.la)]([members only]) no earlier than 3 days before arrival and departure from the country - there you must indicate passport details, visa information, purpose of travel and address of stay in Laos.

After filling out the form, a QR code will be generated, which must be shown at the border - it will be valid for 3 days.

At this time the digital card will only be required at the airports of Vientiane, Luang Prabang, Pakse and on the First Laos-Thai Friendship Bridge, connecting Vientiane and Nong Khai Province in Thailand. There are plans to roll out the system country-wide in 2026.

I just received an email for requested documents for my DTV application, but I don't know what to submit. Even tho I submitted most of supported documents in the original application.

Here is the list of requested documents:

1. A copy of the company's registration/business license along with GST registration

I do not have a registered business. I work as a freelancer with independant monthly contracts. What documents should I submit here? Can I submit my client's LLC? What else should I submit to support my case?

2. Flight details and Hotel accommodation

I had submitted the flight number (no tickets) & agoda hotel bookings. Do I need to book a flight now and submit the ticket itself?

My hotel bookings were booked on 'pay later/free cancellation' option. And they have expired, do i need to rebook or should i just submit the pdf that was submitted in the original application?

3. A foreign employment contract or employment certificate

I do not have a employee certificate, although I do have a few client's contracts. I was also advised to add a letter head and stamp of your name at the top of the contract. What do you suggest?

4. Copies of all pages of the passport

I can submit these.

PS. I am applying at the Mumbai's thai consular in India. From other's experience, they tend to look for strong proof of regular employment and if one can sustain themselves in thailand.

What will be the chances at Chiang Mai with such a history when arriving on visa exemption? Doubting to take fast track or not. Dutch passport
