What are the current travel requirements for unvaccinated passengers flying from Thailand to the U.K. with minimal quarantine risk?

I’d like to fly Thailand to U.K (I’m unvaccinated) with minimal fuss/risk of being quarantined. I know U.K. travel rules changed from Friday, so U.K. doesn’t require any tests/docs. But what about the airlines/transit countries? Will I still need a covid test of some kind? What is the path of least resistance?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Traveling from Thailand to the U.K. as an unvaccinated passenger has become less complicated with recent changes in U.K. regulations. Currently, the U.K. does not require any COVID-19 tests or documentation upon entry. However, passengers must be aware of the specific requirements of the airline they choose and any transit countries along the route. For instance, some airlines, like Thai Airways, might still require a PCR test regardless of the U.K. rules, and specific transit countries may impose additional testing requirements. It is advised to check the latest regulations directly with the airline and remain informed about any updates related to COVID-19 travel policies.

In answer to your question, most airlines only request the destination country's Covid regulations. UK has stopped all Covid entry requirements

only direct flights I can find are thai airways who require PCR I believe. Plus I’d rather fly to Manchester than london, so if it can be done with a transit stop that doesn’t require test that would be ideal

don’t even need the form now. The only hurdles are the airline itself - eg thai airways requires PCR irrespective of U.K. rules -, and the transit country may still require a test also

First off you have never worked in the medical field ever in your life. Stop lying. A vaccine is any biological cocktail that makes the body produce antigens to a diseases. If its done by injecting some of the cell the shell or with new advances in technology by injecting mrna of the virus which makes your body produce a protein that the body knows dosent belong and builds antibodies. Those antibodies are the same ones required to fights covid. So it's a vaccine. A other thing u said that is false.

John Derderian read the cdc website. Because people making vaccines are so stringent, they put it on pause because of six cases of blood clotting due to rare blood conditions. It been again cleared for use.

You can't have it both ways. You trust when you hear bad news from the cdc, but when they say no it's ok you will find another reason to support your false narrative. So which is it ?

i don't trust any government agency, period! But when they say 6, you know there are many more. If they say Don't use it unless absolutely necessary because of the side effects (6 ya that would make them say Don't take it, ) it must be so bad that they had to do something because they couldn't hide it.

Keep drinking the juice buddy. I can have it anyway I want it,, you want to know why because its my freedom of choice and my freedom to decide what i want injected into my body... keep believing what they tell you.

Government knows what you need.

ya well it's not authorized for use in the US. Even if it was it also has serious side effects plus I already had covid 19, I worked in covid ICUs before there even was a vaccine for 9 months. Never got covid until omicron, and it was a short flu. Now I have antibodies. Most approved vaccines are mnra, they are not vaccines, they are treatments. That's a fact.

I wish they had a real vaccine that wasn't dangerous to take. Because I would take it as I have all my vaccines. Unfortunately I don't trust any of the covid vaccines. To dangerous and I don't want to hit the side effects lottery Of which there are many on a virus that kills the people it was designed to kill, over 80 with a high acuity of co morbidity, surely you understand

No point cause you clearly are not interested in knowing what is true and what is just rubbish. If asked about any aspect of what a vaccine is you cannt give am educated response. But somehow think your knowledgeable enough to post your unresearched standing on the whole thing.

Is it the 5g, is it the spike protein, is it revelations and the mark of the beast, or is it covid is just fake. Its truly baffling that you can't make sense from nonsense. All of this from injecting a dead virus into your system so YOUR OWN BODY can develop antibodies. But yea I'm making no sense lol.

cdc removed j&just because it was killing people. MnRA is a treatment not a vaccine. I take real vaccines, not fake vaccines that allow you to not only get the virus it supposed protect you from but also spread it to your grandma and grandpa.

according to the medical profession the viral load has been higher in those most sick. Its just how it is. Fortunately in uk we've had huge numbers vaccinated and the amount of seriously ill and deaths has dropped. Though we are facing an increase in cases due to no need to stay home if sick with covid. Either way its everyone's choice to vaccinate or not.

yes they MAY get more sick but not necessarily more infectious. UK is 87% vaccinated yet still high infection rates. Every vaccinated person I know, has still caught Covid 🤷‍♀️. As I said it's personal choice.

Lynnette Munoz the vulnerable can take the vaccine. if it works they don’t need to worry about the unvaccinated. If it doesn’t, then vaccinating the unvaccinated won’t help them anyway. I believe in reducing transmission wherever possible - washing hands, masks, social distance around the vulnerable etc. I’m also not anti vaxx. I have had and will have many vaccines in my lifetime. To me this vaccine makes no sense and so I will not take it. In fact I’ve been in Thailand a lot longer than planned precisely because it’s worth it to not have to take the vaccine

you're not quite right about the vulnerable relying solely on themselves being vaccinated. But as no-one is forced to be vaccinated a lot of people will opt out.

the 'why not' is probably because unvaccinated often get more sick, more virus, pass it on more easily. . possibly to people who are more vulnerable. But it's his choice to do that. No one has to be vaccinated.

Both countries do not require a PCR prior to boarding now so as the emirates site says “get on get off” lol.
