There is no translation service. They provide you with a list of 15 translation offices. I walked around a bit lost and soon was approached by a lady who seemed to be related to nr12…. 300-400 baht per document, done within the hour.

there is, but still not sure if it’s offered by the officials, or it is offered by money scammers only…. I will know on Friday…..

It’s a joke isn’t it. Probably the best way is to pay an agent. In reality, there are no rules why to not allow a bank account… but business is business I guess..

it should be possible for a lot less, below 16k, but remember, even with an agent, one is still breaking the law, for not following the visa financial requirements
