Hi group,
I will renew my retirement visa this week with single reentry , and my passport is still valid for 13 months. Once Home in Belgium, I will get a new passport. What will happen with my non O visa and the extensions ? How will this be transferred in my home country? Thank you for your answer. Regards, Luc
TLDR : Answer Summary
When renewing a retirement Non-O visa, it's crucial to manage your old and new passports correctly. When returning to Belgium to get a new passport, ensure you retain your old passport. According to other users, you can bring both passports back to Thailand to facilitate the transfer of your Non-O visa. Some expats mentioned that the Belgian embassy typically provides a letter with the new passport, explaining the change to Thai immigration, which helps in transferring all necessary information for your retirement visa.
