TLDR : Answer Summary
A traveler is seeking advice on how to book a COVID test upon arriving in Thailand, indicating that their Certificate of Entry (COE) is approaching expiration. Commenters have advised that for Phuket, there is a separate website to book PCR tests, while in Bangkok it's included in hotel packages for quarantine. The traveler specifically mentions using the website thailandpsas.com for bookings, and an update indicates that the booking site has begun accepting reservations again.

Where are you flying into.

Phuket has seperate website to book PCR tests and thats done at airport.

Bangkok its all part of the package with your hotel, Whether thats 1, 7 or 10 days depending on different entry requirements.
