TLDR : Answer Summary
A user reported that their registration for the Certificate of Entry (COE) at the Thai Embassy in Brussels was rejected because the embassy did not understand the vaccination details (2 Pfizer jabs). The community discussed various workaround solutions, emphasizing the need for clear evidence of the first vaccination dose and details required for the COE application. Suggestions included downloading vaccination records that specify the date and type of vaccines received, and utilizing the EU digital certificate. The conversation highlighted a common confusion among expats regarding the documentation needed for travel to Thailand.
I found this on the website from the Thai Embassy in Brussels. Eu digital certificates for both doses are needed, no mention of batch numbers etc. So the information on the website is not specific enough I guess.

They updated the embassy website. Now it is more clear .
I read that 😉. Still, there is that post with screenshot from the embassy in France that states that all info, including batch numbers etc are required. It seems that that info was given on a card to us here in Belgium after our vaccination, but that is already trash.
Seems like a simple case of failure to follow simple directions, stop thinking, they don’t care what you think, they requested a list, for what ever reason (it doesn’t need to make sense to you, do you think all the rules make sense for foreigners who travel to Europe?) just follow it. They must be thinking, wow these European is really dumb, he can’t follow simple instructions.

jabs. ..... seems it changed in Paris as well. Anyhow I'm just trying to be informative and constructive !
so… show them proof of the vaccine, no? If you have one vaccine, proof for one, if you have two, proof for both, not only the second one… sounds straight forward to me man.

Get the EU digital certificate. Its free and when its all done should have all info
If thats the case the people at embassy should know whats issued in France then, Sorry must be frustrating. Does the embasssy there have a facebook page, if so it might be worth asking there. You might luck out and finding someone friendlier who will advise what to do.
There is a group "farangs stranded abroad" was set up last year when all borders closed they had a lot of offshoot groups that were embassy specific try that. Sorry cannot help any further than that at moment.
Thats strange its digital with QR code it should contain all info of first and second shot, After conversation the other day I asked a friend to try theres who had the Digital EU cert (Croation) and that had all the info.
ok i only have experience with the Singapore one and when i applied for the digital certificate it came with a QR code and when you scanned the code it had full details of both doses
It didn't happen to myself yet, but to other members of the French FB group. It seems that the family doctor has access to our files with the social security and can print out the two detailed certificates.
- Please attach certificate of vaccination and its English translation, if the certificate is not in Thai or English language.
- Please provide evidence of all required doses, i.e. one dose for Janssen and two dose for all others. Incomplete certificate will be rejected.
- Certificate of vaccination shall include personal details (full name, date of birth, nationality and passport number) and vaccination details of all required doses, not just the last dose (name of vaccine, date of vaccination and batch number of vaccine). If the certificate does not meet requirements of the Ministry of Public Health of Thailand or could not verify its authenticity, travellers may be quarantined for no less than 10 days.
- Travellers are required to present an original paper or a print out of online vaccine certificate to disease control officers once the travellers have arrived in Thailand.
I just downloaded the first certificate from my first jab. also took pictures of the two Lotnumbers I got after my jab. If they like work ... I give them work lol
