Today, I went to Bangkok immigration to extend my retirement visa.. again, I had trouble not having a tm30 print, as my previous extension was done in chonburi. Is this normal? Anybody can clearly state what documents are needed, as I’m also not sure about documents needed from the bank.. thank you 🙏
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user encountered issues while attempting to extend their retirement visa in Bangkok due to not having a TM30 printout from their previous extension in Chonburi. Users in the comments confirmed that registering for a TM30 is important, especially when staying in hotels or long-term accommodations. Additionally, they clarified that the immigration office typically requires three bank documents: a recent bank statement, copies of all pages from the bank book, and a certification form from the bank verifying funds over the last three months.
