I just realized that you are South Korean. You get 90 days under a bilateral agreement - South Korea isn't a visa-exempt country, it's better than that - it's a bilateral treaty country.

Rare to be rejected. Just make sure you have a TM30 on file if the immigration office requires it.

 out of interest, Chiang Mai Immigration requires a copy of every page of the old passport. Source - I transferred stamps in March.
