my concern is that if they ever plan to penalize those who abused this system in the past, it can be troublesome. The DTV is relatively new and it just feels like playing with fire by doing this tactic. 🤷♂️
I really dislike responses about not to worry and how immigration doesn't care. I like to do things the proper way. Either get your 90 day report done on time, or leave the country before the initial 90 days so that it resets when you return, so you wouldn't need to do the 90 day report.
