They only reply to messages for a few hours a day; otherwise, they’re impossible to reach. In my experience, my visa was expiring the very next day, so I went to the embassy in person to check the status. The embassy asked for additional documents and said they could approve it quickly if I submitted them right away. However, since I applied through ISSA Compass, I had to submit the documents through them—but they didn't reply at all until the next morning.

Many embassies require an interview, during which they will ask about your source of income and your current bank balance.

They can call you in for an interview whenever they wish.

In Thailand, the owner is responsible for paying the agency commission to the agent. I initially transferred the full amount directly to the owner.
