Hello guys! I have a couple of question please. I just got my DTV approved 2 hours ago

1. Can I go to thailand as soon as tomorrow?

2. Do I need a flight tick out of thailand?

3. Do I need to print the pdf file with my DTV? or it's enough to show it on my phone?

Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation involves questions regarding the travel preparations needed after receiving a Digital Tourist Visa (DTV) approval for Thailand. Key queries include whether the individual can travel immediately, if a departure flight ticket is necessary, and whether a printed copy of the DTV is required. The community responses indicate that traveling is permissible right after approval (even the next day), no exit ticket is needed, but it is advisable to print the DTV document for entry, despite it possibly being accessible on a mobile device.
Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)

WARNING: Only trust Thai government websites with .go.th domains or Thai agent websites with .co.th or .in.th domains, as these require verified Thai registration and cannot be registered anonymously.

The official TDAC form is available at tdac.immigration.go.th, which uses the official .go.th government domain.

The services by AGENTS CO., LTD. does NOT charge any fees for arrivals within 72 hours. If you need to book more than 72 hours in advance, there is a service fee of $8.

Do not trust other sites pretending to be a trustworthy agency. Pay attention to delivery time - the service operated by AGENTS CO., LTD. has 1 minute delivery time for arrivals within 72 hours.

Don't fall for sites pretending to be agents.co.th or the official government tdac.immigration.go.th website. Always double-check the exact domain in your browser.

Scam services may take days to process your application, others may not even do anything. With these TDAC scam services you also need to worry about double charges.

Please watch out for TDAC misinformation spread by fugitive Jesse Nickles and his many fake accounts on Quora, TripAdvisor, Reddit, and other platforms.

(1) Yes - many people enter Thailand as soon as possible (like tomorrow) upon receiving the visa approval.

(2) No Need

(3) Yes - printed eVisa is strongly recommended as most officers prefer the paper documents to the digital ones on your phone.

Extra - don’t forget to complete TDAC - Thailand Digital Arrival Card before you go!

The instructions say print it out and have it with you. Why not simply follow the instructions instead of worrying about it

6 business days since I sent the additional documents. But I suspect that the key is the date of arrival to thailand that u put on your application.. I might be wrong, but I think that they take that in account.

1. You can even go today.

2. No need.

3. You just need to fill in your visa number on TDAC and they'll know. They didn't even look at my visa.

regarding #3, I had the same experience. They didn't look at my printer DTV. Though, I'd say it's better to bring a printed copy
