It’s an ordeal, most times, getting your full deposit back.
Did you document the sofa plastic when it started falling apart? Did you contact your landlord once it started? If so, you should be fine as you have notified them and have documentation of it.
If not, you’re more than likely going to lose at least part of the deposit. One thing I’ve learned here in Thailand. Document everything when it comes to rentals. Good luck.
it was in Bangkok. I will say, the immigration officer we seen wasn’t very friendly. You could tell, that wasn’t a proper job for her.
I will add. I didn’t do the 30 day extension first. I went straight for the 60 day extension. After she denied me I went with the 30 day and she approved it.
I’m almost positive when I was here in a TV I was denied the 60 day extension. If I had my old passport I’d be able to double check but I’m almost 100% certain they denied me at that time.
You can’t use the 60 day married to a Thai extension unless you are here on a visa exempt stamp or on a non-o visa. You CAN NOT apply for it if you’re here in a tourist visa.
non-o right now. I got it in march, when they weren’t asking for the 400k proof. I’ll make sure I have all required documents when I head back there early next year for my multiple entry non-o.
