hi , I am trying to make an online appointment for an extension of my retirement visa at Bangkok immigration office but I hv been checking on the website calendar for several days that the whole December n January are fully booked. all the dates are shaded.
the notice said all appointments till January 17 are full n shaded and so are all other days in January.
is this normal or hv I made any mistakes?
anyone can share their experience? thank you for your time.
Hi, I went to book an appointment for my driver's license and Bangkok is booked until late Feb! Is it ok to book elsewhere? Samut Sakhon is convenient for me (my wife works there) and they have availability in December.
Hi, I'm hoping to get a Thai driver's license. I'm a DTV holder and I live at my wife's condo in BKK. I have a Canadian DL and valid IDP. The specific question I have is regarding the residence certificate - I understand I get this from the immigration office at Chang Wattana. Can I book an on-line appointment time for this? And what specifically do I need to bring? Passport, pictures, TM16 application form, TM30 are straightforward, what I'm not sure about is "proof of residence"). A lot of out-dated and conflicted info on-line......thanks
Hi all, i read on here previously that you can book a time slot 14 days in advance to speed up the process to file 90 day report in Bangkok, cant seem to find any information about it online can anybody help?
It's my first time reporting so needs to be in person, there seems to be 2 slightly different addresses online does anybody know which i need to go to as a foreigner living here on a DTV?
Hi. I was trying to book an appointment at Chaengattana for applying for a marriage visa but can't see that option in the drop-down menu on the government site. Unless it's 'visa issuing and changing type of visa' ? It says there's no fee involved for the latter. Any help/clarification much appreciated. Thanks.
Hi everyone, since the Bangkok Immigration online appointment system is down, is there any other way to book a visa extension appointment? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
* According to the web site of the Thai embassy in Vientianne, one must "Book an appointment at [[members only]/). Walk-ins will not be accepted." I have tried that link for a while but it is not taking me anywhere. Can someone tip me on how to get an appointment?
* Out of curiosity, I noticed that the Thai Consulate in Savannakhet has the option to schedule appointments for DTV visa. By any chance, has anyone in this group tried in Savannakhet? Was the experience similar to Vientiane? Thanks.
