Can a foreigner married to a Thai citizen buy a house in joint names?

Ok got two basic choices. Forget company route if they crack down on that you could lose everything.

You can get Usufruct agreement with your name on the chanote that gives you a lot of protection and in case of your wifes demise you get one year to be able to sell it. (Need lawyer to set this up)

Or you get a lease aggrement from your wife

if its just for a holiday then UK probably easier presuming she has good job, property etc etc. My wife when she was my girlfriend got her own tourist visa and met me in UK for the weekend

How can travelers manage return ticket changes when using a 60-day visa exemption in Thailand?

Plan your border bounce to go somewhere nice and interesting such as siem riep, luang prabang etc etc and have interesting weekend away rather than a hell raising mini bus ride. Just buy tickets before with that much advance notice get some cheap deals on budget airlines

S23 ultra has two sim slots and e sims. Actually in States at moment using package from true. I also carry another phone for Singapore company i work for its not a big deal.
