Legally, no limit. Realistically, if you do more than 2 you will be questioned by Immigration and possibly denied entry.

Marty Pollard Not any more. The bank will close your account unless you show them a new visa. That's what all the problem was last year.

Immigration doesn't care. But the bank does. They will close your account unless you get a long term visa or renew your O visa.

Retirement. Be careful who you bank with. Some banks have had a lot of problems recently with retirees and foreigners. I use SCB and have never had a problem.

Keep your US bank account and have your SS check direct deposited there. Then set up a periodic transfer to your Thai bank.

As long as your travel history shows that you are returning to your home country regularly and staying home more than you are in Thailand I doubt you'll have a problem.
