If I can get through to September then I would go for the retirement extension having seen the awkward Transferwise cock-up entries drop off my list of incoming money. My Visa runs out in September, my 90 days in June. Having realised that I will be in the UK in 2021 when renewal would come up, I think I need another plan. Thanks.

Regarding the land borders, Myanmar, Laos & Cambodia are all reporting less than 200 cases with only 6 deaths in the first. With over 3,000 cases it's Thailand that they are defending themselves against. The decision to reopen will be down to them methinks.
