Normally the sin sod is according to the degrees or diploma. If she has a high education she can get a well paid job, the sin sod will be higher as the husband would spend less for the household.
I am in the same case. I went there and declared that I was accommodating a foreigner (myself). It sounds funny but that's the way to do it. They gave me the TM30 receipt. (I did it this way since 3 years already).
The landlord or master of the house has to fill in a TM30 within 24 hours after your arrival at his place. It can be done at the immigration or through an app called "section 38”.
To get one year stamp at each entry, your insurance should be valid for one year at each entry. Otherwise the immigration will stamp only for the duration of the insurance.
