TLDR : Answer Summary
The comments reflect concerns about the implications of travel within Thailand during the COVID-19 pandemic, highlighting a busy bus station and the potential risk of spreading the virus from urban areas to rural communities.

Just seen photos of a very busy Mo Chit bus station. Happy to travel from an area with a large number of Corona virus cases to the villages to visit their elderly parents and families. Villages with no cases of the virus.

How loving and thoughtful. Makes a change from bringing fruit or fish for their loved ones.

They may not have an option, if they are minimum wage workers and have been laid off in Bangkok what else can they do but go home to their families.
