I wonder where are we suppose to get these certificates. When you go to the doctor or hospital they are rude and ask if you have any symptoms if you say no they tell you rudely they can't help you.

But Roger is also showing the Bangkok Post. Perhaps they first wrote the story based on a government official, and later changed it because the official changed his story. Is it possible in Thailand, officials saying something now, and completely different 1 hour later?😄
