Welcome to Thailand. I had issues with the e-visa that were absolutely not my fault and im not paying to redo it...I just choose to leave Thailand. Really not the best place for me PERSONALLY, thats my decision. Other places are easier and more welcoming.

Can buy but it does literally nothing for you..you can own a condo and get denied entry at immigration just the same. I want to buy a condo buy its just to much risk.

I used the site and also feel i got the short end of the stick so I will not longer try to live in Thailand..think of all the money I would have spent there in 5 years all the services I would have bought but because they have a faulty system I will relocate to a country with easier immigration process

Must apply from outside the country and remain in the country you apply until get results

I applied for the DTV as freelancer/trader. I submitted my portfolio ( way more than the min. And profitable) and they sent back asking for employment contracts and cover sheets from employment...like didn't you read..I applied as a trader and submitted many months of records. The East visa process is a not good and would be far better to do in person.
