Which banks accept DTV visa holders for opening bank accounts in Thailand?

We used a solicitor in Hua Hin.

Asked for help last week, flew over on Thursday night, account at Bangkok bank was opened on Friday afternoon.

Happy to send you the email from my visa agent/lawyer saying it was fine to go to Thailand whilst you wait for DTV

I went.

Came home.

DTV granted the next day.
