How high do you think the chances are to get the DTV going via the worcation route if the company (LLC) has just been founded and has not produced any income yet?

And what should be stated in the application?

Business is starting anew and I had no income in the last year. Lived off my savings and have a few times more than the required funds to prove.

I'd prefer to take the realistic route via the worcation option as that's what's going to be my income and reality for the next years, rather than a soft power route, which would feel more like a setup just to get the visa.

Hello, someone who have website and work with a platform (affiliate marketing) get the DTV visa ? I don’t have proper contract with the plateform (I only sign CGU) and I make around 2000$ with them every month.

1.Please upload the contract with your company

2.Please upload proof of income (proof of company transfer to bank account more than 3month ago

I am a USA Citizen residing in Taiwan.

I applied online in Taiwan.

I work through my own LLC.

I gave them upon my original application:

A. a letter showing I work through my own LLC

B. my primary customer who wrote a letter confirming this along with the years of working together

C. the certificate of organization of my more than 10-year-old biz

D. my EIN

E. proof of my annual report filings for a decade

F. 4 months of my biz bank account getting payments

What in the world are they asking for?

It looks like a contract from my LLC to myself?

My LLC bank account sending money to my personal bank account?

I have no idea what else to submit...
