long haul, london to bangkok. They were a good price but within a week of booking in April the schedule had changed then 3 more times after. Finally cancelled yesterday with no offer of a flight change. I checked on their website and there are no otherflights anywhere near the date i was flying and to be honest, after this i wouldnt trust the alternative flight either. Just get a 60 day single entry tourist visa then extend for 30 days once shes in thailand. Simple process. The only issue being youll need to show a ticket at check in to show youre leaving thailand within 60 days so just buy a cheap Air Asia Flight to Kuala Lumpar and bin it
