Just thought I would let you know that I applied for a 60 day tourist visa for my mother, submitted it last Sunday and it was approved on Friday, I am in the UK.

 my mother is staying with family who live in Thailand so she needed an invitation letter from them.

 not usually needed for tourist visa. Upload your first few hotel reservations again.

 really, I looked today (not on the actual form) bit on the Thai embassy website and that’s what it said..maybe I read it wrong…

So it’s just flight details, money, hotel booking, passport, insurance!?

 also, insurance is no longer required for tourists, the form is never updated

 I came 2 years ago and the stranger items, like Thai sponsor were not required for short stay/tourist. What you list sounds correct.
