Easy to do , I’m assuming your daughter is a child ? If so we got ours via the local temple 🛕 who have visits twice a year from the Thai embassy to help with issues like this … Manchester area we did it in approximately 13-14 years ago.

Airport flight out ASAP , 500 per day fine , if he’s arrested or if he’s required to show passport before he’s at airport he will get arrested fined & blacklisted .
