Does my Thai wife need to file a TM30 for me if we enter Thailand on her UK passport?

This might be a silly question but last year my thai wife bought a house in BKK and we are planning on staying there in June. Does she need to do a TM30 for me? Also if she uses her UK passport to enter, do we both need to do the TM30? TIA

TLDR : Answer Summary
The question of whether a TM30 needs to be filed when a Thai citizen's foreign spouse stays at their residence involves a few considerations. Technically, a TM30 must be filed for any foreigner residing at a Thai citizen's property. Regarding entry via a UK passport, if the Thai spouse is born Thai, they may not be treated as a foreigner if they present their Thai ID. However, naturalised Thai citizens risk losing citizenship by using their foreign passport for entry. Community members generally agree that using a Thai passport is more straightforward.

No real reason other than she didn't renew her thai passport until last year with the house purchase so I guess she got used to it. But if it makes it easier, I guess she'll use her Thai one now.

Dual nationals entering on a foreign passport is a tricky area. Refer here -
**********************************************************************************
- my reading of what’s there is that basically if she’s born Thai, as of 2023 she won’t be treated as a foreigner even if she enters on her UK passport, as long as she can show her Thai ID on request. However, it seems that a naturalised dual national can lose their citizenship if they try to use their other citizenship in the Kingdom (including to get in). (Disclaimer - I have no personal knowledge or expertise of this area, just re-stating my reading of the link).

Technically she needs to do a TM30 for any foreigner staying on her premises. That said if you need no interaction with immigration no one will give a monkeys if one is done or not.

If she enters using her UK passport she will be deemed as British and subject to all requirements needed for a foreigner which would include TDAC and TM30.
