You need to show proof of where you are living, rented room whatever, you cant get one by filling in a form.

Do you not have a TM 30, your landlord should inform immigration if you are staying their, then you get a TM 30

If you have the 800.000 in a thai bank, yes up to date book.

You will need original monthly bank statement to show this money remained in the account for rhe qualifying period, they do change the requirent, i think its 3 months prior to renewal and the same after it starts.

Basically put it in a deposit account and forget it.

If you havent the funds or withdraw them during the period go see a agent.

George Joachim they are only interested in the flight into Thailand, stop overs are not being in that country unless you exit through their immigration.

If you are retireing here you need medical insurance, msny risk not having it but you ever need it trust me its worth it.

I dont know your age, health condition however your quotes are high.

I use AXA, cover is for here, im 71, my cost per annum is

baht, can be paid 6 monthly.so you should be looking around 300 us a month jf you were me.there are cheaper, depends on the amount of cover you want and luxury.

The new system has facial recon as you pass through, this will immediatly flag if you havent completed the on line arrival card.

This once tourists realize this mean if completed you will be able to walk straight through.

For a un- known period yes you can complete it on arrival, however this is not a long term option or their isnt any point in it.
