You may well be asked for proof of funds,return travel booked,and a reservation for the 1st night, it's up to the immigration officer, they have the power to change rules at any time so cover all aspects.

you don't need to print it, I wish people wouldn't guess for advice to tourists, save the qr code you received on confirmation email on your phone.

If you don't have a phone?or a device to save and somehow if required then print.

Ivan McAvinchey not in my experience, a detailed invoice is sent to my insurance company, their own a Doctors analysis the breakdown before approving.This mis-conception that everybody here is out to rob you is false. We are talking in this instance about a international company not a market stall.

If you want to stay longer you get a visa.
