yes, I'm aware of the extortionate price in NZ but I'm asking if I would have a better chance of success applying in my home country? I could apply in Cambodia or Vietnam but do not have a laptop while i travel to upload the application or any further information that might be requested and I've heard this is not an easy process from an iphone.
