Well, unsure on how the current state of affairs is, but there used to be a limit of 2 visa extempt, land entries per year.

Just get a 2 month tourist visa and extend 30 days while here. As easy as it gets

i asked the condo manager he said he did it online the same day no need to go immigration

Thanks Jesse. I never got the tm30 before, only the departure card and never had an issue. Maybe 8 different entries in the last 2 years and several different condos, hotels etc all over thailand. Never ever had an issue at immigration or extending my visa or 30 day stamps. Thanks man!

Get an onward ticket that departs within the 30 days use it as proof of exit then extend the 30 stamp at immigration as usual 1900baht each and thats that. You can use bestonwardticket.com

Tourism. You can always say your family runs a business and smile implying "Im sponsored af". For the younger folks specially with loads of stamps it works good.

Yeah exactly the officer prolly didnt even see the visa and stamped you a 30day one and exactly like Tod said, you get out the country and come right back in, point at the actual visa lol and you will get that one stamped, granted 60days stay and you can extend again for another 30 days as per usual for 1900baht.

That was my thinking but you know, each immigration post is a little bit different, some more strict some other very lax so just in case.
