SETV <- single entry tourist visa (you have 90 days from the date you buy the visa to enter thailand ONCE and get stamped in for 60 days)
METV <- multi-entry tourist visa (you have 6 months from the date you buy the visa to enter thailand as much as you want and each time you get stamped in for 60 days)

Just get the SETV plus a 30 day extention of stay, that gives you 90 days in Thailand
