With DTV, do we have to do the 90 day notifications to the immigration?

Hello lovely people! I just arrived on my 90 day Non-O retirement. Do I need to report to the immigration at this time and/or fill out a form or is that only when I apply for an extension? Also, does my landlord need to till put the TM 30 now?Thanks a bunch!

Im in the process of changing jobs. I was approved for the work permit and I was told to make appointment at the Thai embassy in Laos to process the visa. Is the new process for application all online now? The webpage keeps crashing and appears to only indicate the use of Evisa page. If so, do I begin the application process there in order to make appointment? And can I initiated this while Im in Thailand? (asks for proof of current location.

My first 90 day report was 20th Aug.

I went to UK and returned on 10th Oct. I’m going to Malaysia and returning on 29th December.

My second 90 day report will be around 29th March, am I correct?

Applying in uk for 90 day O visa with intention of applying for 1 year retirement visa once at ,y destination in Thailand.

Do I need to book a flight to leave after the first 60 days in case immigration ask when I’m leaving the country?

My UK return flight isn’t until May 2026

I recently got a new online job through my friend has his virtual assistant, I started 2 weeks ago.

I got the agreement of service that I signed when I got hired and the requirement funds havent been in my account for years.

Since its a new job, will I have problems with my application? I'm canadian, currently in Montreal and was planning on sending my application in 2 weeks when I have more pay deposited in my account to show.

Will that be okay?

When your DTV status changes to pending approval is that a good sign or still 50/50?

I got this from my mobile phone service providers. It looks like a reporting of the amount of money I paid to the Department of revenue? But it’s kind of not clear if I’m supposed to pay somebody this amount right now or if this is just for tax purposes later? Any help would be appreciated.
