Do you know what kind of documents they ask from us to apply for Schengen??? It sounds so funny when europeans complain about this rule. You ask exactly same things with many other stupid rules.

If you have a returning ticket to any other county, no need to worry. I did the same thing and didn't get any trouble even I'm from a shitty country.

I tell you how it works in TH. You find a nice cheap condo in renthub or any similar website. You contact with the agent's line id. She tell you it's already rented someone else and she will help you if you share your personal info and type of the condo you are looking for. That's how they hook you.

If your price range is over 15K Baht, they will help. If not, you will not be agent's first choise.
