# Does binance.th support KYC for DTV Visa Holders?
Answer summary
This post discusses whether Binance Thailand supports KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for holders of the DTV Visa. Several users have shared their experiences, confirming that Binance has updated their app to allow document submissions for KYC. One user mentioned successfully getting their account approved with a DTV Visa, while others provided mixed responses about the process, particularly for foreigners versus locals. Some users noted the need for in-person verification or appointments at a local office.

Update- I have managed to speak to customer service and they updated the app, allowing me to submit my documents 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Also I'm not sure why people have commented saying locals or about going to a local office?!

Also I found this on the binance th website which suggests DTV IS accepted! Good luck!
