after more 30 years in thailand i see lot of same problem with friends,never again buy for thai women,for my next house i buy with daughter name with special thing ,i have right to put my name in documents and nobody can put my out before im dead

Don’t !! I loose my house in Phuket when divorce !! She promise to change name for daughter but never do .buy big appart or condo with only your name it’s very better and safe
