I registered through this portal and changed password there as well, but use the TM30 app on Android to actual do our reporting. Scan passport (double check and correct the scanned as some data often wrong) , add the other data such as visa type, entry point, TM6, etc. and save. Then use the reporting function of the app to call up the reports, do a screen dump and print off. Have done it a number of times for me (British passport) and wife (German passport). Good luck.

At Hull they should be able to get a 60 day tourist visa. Alternatively they will enter 30 days visa exempt, and you could take them to your local immigration office for a 30 day extension.

Depending who you fly with for your onward flight, you might be able to check your luggage through. You can then go through a transit immigration point that is usually very quick.
