Why can't I save my TM30 updates online after reentering Thailand?

Just done the one day test and release.

Back to the house now.

I tried to update to say I'm here again.

Can complete all the information, but it's not in putting to table.

Not saving.

Its the same address as always.

Is there a problem with TM30 on line currently?

those screen shots make it seem like you're using auto translate and auto fill. They have to be turned off. I messaged you about it

I turned the auto translate off

Did it in Thai.

Created the record.

Allows to save.

Or so it says lol.

the way to know if it was saved is to exit out (actually log out and log back in, THEN use the "search" function, put the check in date in BOTH search parameter boxes and if the data comes up it was saved. If it doesn't it wasn't.

If it did save you need to do a print screen of that and it'll be your TM30 receipt.

that pop up means to save the "login" information to your browser. Not for saving TM30 record to Section 38 system....

Use the mobile application called Section 38. it works for android without any problem

We used the app last week without issue; first time since Pre Covid.

Oh and I know the mobile android Section 38 app works because I just registered myself on it and then delete the registration (you can delete entries within 24 hours) 😉

Even shows record entry.

But when you save.

It disappears.

Something about the sequence 1 not correct.

Immigration eService app is not for TM30. It's for 90days reporting.

Appears its another temperamental software James.

I know the 90 days has to be that way 1st time.

Then can be using the app.

I'm pretty sure it's not do able on the mobile from memory.

Will try the PC.

PC actually lets you input.

But when you create the line entry it will not save to file.

If the App doesn't work, and you have an actual hotel with a hotel license number, talk to the immigration office and see if they can't give you an e-mail address to send the TM30 directly to them.
